PRO-GR100-OD Grade 100 Master Link Assembly

Grade 100 steel alloy master links are used on top of lifting sets and their role is to fix the chain (usually grade 100), wire rope or textile sling leg(s) to the existing upper clamping system (usually hooks).

Grade 100 master links are manufactured according to EN 1677-4 standard requirements and american standard ASTM A973. They are batch numbered and marked accordingly, with batch code, manufacturer, size and CE mark.

The grade 100 master link assembly type PRO-GR100-OD has to be used always with a two, three or even four legs chain, wire rope or textile sling, using for it secondary (small) links and not main link; use connecting links, shackles or direct fitting (only for wire rope).

This grade 100 master link assembly has a safety factor of 4, which means that minimum breaking load MBL is 4 times higher than maximum work load limit WLL.
