PRO-582 Ring Nut DIN 582

These lifting ring nuts are used for lifting of machinery, metal profiles, etc. and have the advantage of being able to be removed and recovered after lifting. They can also be used as a termination element for lifting chains or wire ropes.

It is very important that before lifting, check the thread in which the threaded hole will enter, at least in terms of the diameter, length and step of the thread.
The condition/appearance of the ring nut (the condition of the inner thread, the condition of the gripping eye) should also be taken into account.
The nut must be threaded throughout its depth and must stand firmly in the threaded fastening screw existing on the load to be handled. In choosing the right model, account shall be taken of the working load to be handled (WLL) as well as the diameter of the threaded part of the nut.
Note - Keep in mind that the eye is manufactured on dimensions expressed in the metric system.

Manufacturing standard for this ring nut is DIN 582 and their safety factor is minimum 6.

It is strictly forbidden to exceed WLL value!

Important: When the ring nut is perpendicular to the ground plane, the maximum working loads in column 0° shall be taken into account. When using a system of two wire ropes / two lifting chains and two ring nuts, the maximum working loads used are those from the column 45°.
